Rho Phi graduate and family lost in Florida building collapse

Luis Pettengill (Rose 2007), his wife Sophia, three children and a trusted family worker were lost in the Surfside condo collapse on June 24. The news devastated family, friends and the entire nation of Paraguay.

Luis was a beloved member of his pledge class and served as chapter treasurer. His classmates have decided that one way to remember him is to establish the Luis A. Pettengill endowed scholarship to benefit future Rho Phi Civil Engineering students.
